Leak Tester sesuai dengan ASTM D3078 “Test Method for Determination of Leaks in Flexible Packaging by Bubble Emission”

Leak Tester dirancang untuk pemeriksaan properti kedap udara (airproof) dari packages, containers, bags, pipes.

Leak tester secara luas digunakan pada food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, electrical and electronic industries, etc.

Prinsip Kerja

Leak tester  terdiri dari mainframe dan ruang vakum.

Sampel uji ditempatkan ke dalam ruang vakum dengan air dan udara di atas permukaan air dievakuasi oleh ejektor vakum venturi.

Perbedaan tekanan yang besar terjadi di dalam dan di luar sampel dan setiap kebocoran kecil dapat diamati dan diidentifikasi saat sampel divacuum.

Three models available.

LT-01  is manual type and the vacuum degree is manually regulated. Manual timing.

LT-02  is the automatic type, test time and vacuum degree digital setting. Automatic air back flush after  Each test is done.

LT-03  is also automatic, PLC control unit and touch screen, parameter input and saving more convenient.

All have same PMMA chamber and vacuum degree up to -90KPa. Difference is in level ofconvenience and automation.Generally, LT-02 and LT-03 are more welcome.
